If you choose commercial use, keep in mind that it will be multiplied based on the value of the total price of the commission.

TERMS OF SERVICE
If the Client commissions an artwork the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
GENERAL
Prices listed are base prices for simple design character.
Commission requests can also be done through Ko-fi when available.
The number of revisions allowed for free are two (02). One (01) major (Sketch) and one (01) minor revision (Render).
Major revisions (pose or expression change) can only be done during the sketch stage.
Please provide at least 3 clear picture reference. Written character descriptions with no references will be rejected.
I reserve the right to cancel a Commission request due to rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate or a breach of these Terms of Service.

PAYMENT
All prices are in USD.
Payment through PAYPAL
Full payment is done through invoice before starting the commission request. Commission will be cancelled if the invoice isn't paid within 72 hours.
All listed prices are for personal use only, unless I state the inclusion of a commercial fee. (See table in the Commission section for rates.)
PROCESS
I will show you a sketch for you to approve or request a change.
You will be updated with WIPs in the sketch and render phase of the commission.
Delivery times can vary between 2 to 9 weeks depending on difficulty, quality and my available time.
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image in .png format with no watermark.
Note that there is no physical product.
CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY
I do NOT accept returns ✖
If the commission was not started 2 months after the payment was made there will be a refund. (This is to cover for any life circumstance, like accidents, illness, etc.)
Cancellations are acceptable as long as payment has not been sent yet. (Please, if you plan to cancel the order, let me know, no problem!)
No refunds after starting the first sketch.
FINAL ARTWORK USAGE
I reserve the right to the image I create for you.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books. If the client wants the commission to be private or to be uploaded in a later date additional fees will apply.
The Client may only use the artwork for non-commercial, non-promotional purposes unless the commercial fee has been covered.
The client is not allowed to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions.
The client is not allowed to use it for AI.
